New CGS Service Desk
Canberra Gang Show receives on average 1,800 emails a year. These emails range from general information, enquiries about ticketing and questions from Gang Members and their families.
With a small volunteer support staff and a large amount of email traffic, this can be quite a difficult and a challenging task to get back to everyone in an efficient and timely manner.
Our current systems for responding to emails whilst worked did not provide an effective or stable environment, which resulted in difficulties with our volunteers being able to respond in a timely and consistent manner.
Kayako is a world known system who have generously provided us with their software free of charge which will enable Canberra Gang to provide an outstanding customer experience to our customers which has created the new CGS Service Desk.
You can visit the Service Desk by visiting:
The Service Desk provides a knowledge base that has frequently asked questions and answers which may help you answer a question even before you email us!
It also provides for an email ticket to be sent to a CGS department with your unanswered enquiry for a CGS Staff Member to respond to you.
The Service Desk can help you on the following categories:
- Gang Members
- Box Office
- System Admin
- General Enquiries
or call us on 1300 354 451.
Canberra Gang Show is proudly sponsored by
Canberra Gang Show
Canberra Gang Show is a great night out at the theatre. It's also an amazing training opportunity for around 200 young people of the Canberra Region!
Canberra Gang Show is produced annually by a team of volunteers from the Scouting and Guiding communities.
2014 will be 47 years since the first Canberra Gang Show!! After first stepping into the spotlight in 1966 with the assistance of Melbourne Gang Show, in 1968 we went it alone and haven't slowed down since. Over our colourful history, we have only performed in 3 different venues; The Canberra Theatre between 1966 and 1974, the Playhouse until 1982 and Erindale Theatre up tol 2013 when we moved to the Tim Murray Theatre.
In 2014 Canberra Gang Show will feature an original script written by the Production & Creative Team.
Our 2014 performance season is staged in the July school holidays.
