Management Team:
Developing and running a Gang Show involves a comprehensive and coordinated range of activities drawn across the whole spectrum of the performing arts, together with the whole gamut of business and management obligations. In addition as a Scout youth training event, additional explicit obligations must also be addressed and managed which is handled by the Management Team.
Production Team:
Creative Development aspects of running a Gang Show are managed through the Production Team in making a conceptualisation of the show, selecting and writing suitable material, orchestrations as well as detailed planning and teaching to the Cast members and others in the Production Section.
Technical Team:
Technical responsibility for planning, developing, manufacturing/sourcing and the ultimate technical delivery aspects of the show are managed through this team subject to the design and creative aspects reflected by the Director.
Support Team:
The suppor team has the function of supporting the business and process of the show. This includes all aspects that do not fall under production or technical and includes finance, marketing, administration and support to the show.
